PREGNANCY (Prenatal) MASSAGE

Pregnancy massage focuses on the special needs of the mother-to be, as her body progresses through the dramatic changes of the childbirth experience - pregnancy, birth, and post-partum.

 

Specialized techniques are used to help relieve common discomforts of pregnancy and provide a relaxing and nurturing experience for the mother-to-be.

Specialized Training

 

Not all massage therapists have specialized prenatal massage training.  At Health & Harmony you can relax, knowing that your therapist has extensive training as well as supervised experience in pregnancy massage.  This training didn't come from a book or video but from a high quality prenatal massage course at Body Wisdom Massage Therapy School.  Your therapist at Health and Harmony understands the unique needs of the mother-to-be and will provide proper positioning and draping to keep you and your baby safe and comfortable throughout your pregnancy.

Session Details
