The goal of each massage session is to provide you with personalized treatment for your individual needs. Your session will be tailored to focus on whatever is most important to you. There are no cookie cutter massages here! Specialized training from several different modalities (methods of treatment) are combined to provide effective treatment for countless problems.
Having back pain, neck pain, headaches? Legs sore from exercise? Forearms tight from working on the computer all day? Have sinus pressure or get sick frequently? Just want to relax? Massage can be effective for all these and much more.
The following is a list of the different massage modalities and techniques offered at Health and Harmony. Click on each one for a detailed description. Prices are listed in the table below.

Infant Massage Instructional session | Initial 60 minute instructional session, plus 30 minute follow-up session the following week, and tote bag. | $75 |
